I’d like to give you some more details about how this partnership will work, and what I would be asking you to do to help us build this into a strong business together.
Also, the partnership fee is being reduced by $7k for the rest of 2024 if you think this is the right fit for you. I’m motivated to get this business rolling as soon as possible because the model is working great.
The concept is based on another side hustle site I’m building at SleepCoaching.com
This site earns by selling directory listings to sleep coaches for $249 each, and also residuals of $29/month for the coach to have a featured listing on the site.
That site is growing in authority, traffic and income every day, and it is a relatively small niche.
What I want to do is build a similar concept on my Home-Business.com domain, where we are building a directory for the home business / work from home / internet marketing marketplace.
The Home-Business.com domain is already aged and ranks well for content that is posted on it. In fact, it currently ranks #1 in Google for “home business newsletter” as an example.
The beauty of this niche is that it is massive and we have an endless and ever growing supply of businesses to setup directory listings for.
The process is to setup what I call a “shell listing” for a business which only provides the name and a link to their website url. The next step is to contact the business via email and sometimes through social media to let them know about their new listing on our website, and also let them know how they can upgrade their listing for $249 to be fully developed with an image and details about their business.
In running this process on SleepCoaching.com, the site makes regular sales and is growing every day. In addition, listings that we setup often get ranked high in Google search because they are on their own independent page with relevant content about the specific business being listed.
In the home business industry, there is huge potential for how this works because not only will be be earning from the sale of upgraded listings, but we’ll also start developing a ton of pages that are ranked high for various business opportunities, affiliate programs, etc.
This gives us the potential to affiliate ourselves with some of these programs and earn additional revenue as an affiliate for some of the programs that we are ranking high in Google for.
Plus, as our site grows in authority we can also write reviews for specific programs and products and earn additional income this way.
My role will be to setup the directory, design of the site, provide the pre-written emails we’ll be sending to people and also adding new home business newsletters to the site which you can see examples of here.
Your role will be to setup “shell listings” for businesses (each shell listing takes about 5 minutes to setup), and to send a notification message via email and possibly through the social media profile of the business we are contacting.
Then, when new customers sign up to upgrade their listing, your job will be to build the listing by adding content about their business along with a profile image. The content comes directly from their website.
I will show you how to do all of this. It is very simple. Building an upgraded listing usually takes about 30 minutes on average.
What I’m looking for is someone who wants to perform these activities consistently, and who has a strong vested interest in the site’s success. As mentioned here, part of the partnership is that you will OWN and control the Home-Business.com domain.
The buy-in to this partnership with me is normally $25k as stated here, but if you decide to move forward before the end of 2024, I’m reducing this to just $18k so we can get this business up and running quickly.
